Introduction

IT Consulting Services d.o.o. ("we", "us") operates the Kiara application ("App"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

Data We Collect

Kiara is designed with privacy first. We do not collect personal data from children.

The only data we process:

• Device identifier — a randomly generated ID stored locally on the device, used exclusively for managing in-app purchases. It contains no personal information and is not linked to your identity.

• Purchase data — when you purchase a story, Apple or Google processes the payment. We only receive a transaction receipt to activate content.

Data We DO NOT Collect

• Names, email addresses or contact details
• Location
• Photos or media
• Browsing data
• Analytics or usage data
• Any children's data

Advertising

Kiara contains no advertising of any kind.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your data to third parties. The only communication with external services is purchase verification through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Data Storage

All app data (downloaded stories, language settings) is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all local data.

Security

We use industry-standard protection for communication between the app and our servers (HTTPS/TLS encryption).

Children's Privacy

Kiara is designed for children and we take special care of their privacy. We do not collect any personal data from children or adult users.

Changes to This Policy

We may occasionally update this policy. We will notify users of significant changes through app updates.
